Delivery Times & Costs

We offer a Complimentary delivery service for our customers via our courier partners Royal Mail. Delivering Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm. 

Signature On Delivery

A signature is required on delivery. If you are not in when the delivery arrives, Royal Mail will leave a delivery note with information on how to rearrange your delivery at a convenient time. If Royal Mail attempt delivery more than twice and you are not able to sign for your order, it will be returned to our warehouse in London, and you will be refunded the total cost of your order, minus the shipping with the exception of personalised items. For your convenience, you will be sent an email by Royal Mail once our order has been dispatched, this will detail your tracking link and also option to alter your delivery date and time.

London Same Day Delivery

Place your order by noon to have it delivered on the same day Monday to Saturday by one of our personal shoppers. The service is available for London zones 1, 2 & 3. Simply click the same day delivery option at check out and our team will get in touch with you to confirm a 2 hour delivery window.  Note this service is not available for personalised items.

International Delivery

Please ensure the shipping address you enter in checkout is correct, we are unable to amend delivery details once your order has left our warehouse.

Returning Your Order

Please return your unwanted item/s within 14 days of delivery, for a refund.

Follow these steps to return your order:

  1. Please email halo@wildsaint.co.uk with the product(s) you would like to return, your order number and which items you would like to return
  2. This will be at your own cost unless the returns is arrange by Wild Saint London, in which case UK returns are free.  If you return any items we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them in transit and we reserved the right to charge you for any such loss or damage  
  3. Prepare your shipment in the original boxes and packaging provided, and inside a protective shipping box. If a tag was included with the product, do not remove this. We cannot accept returns if the tag is missing. We do not accept returns on monogrammed or made to order products

Please note:

  • We will not accept returned items, if they appear to have been used, have their original tags removed or are not returned in their original packaging.
  • Please check your product thoroughly upon receipt, before removing any tags.
  • If the item comes with a security tag this must be left on. If the security tag is removed then the returned item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded
  • Monogrammed/perosnlised and made to order products cannot be returned

Returns for Customised Products

Due to the nature of personalised and monogrammed products, returns, changes or cancellations are not allowed. In exercising this discretion, we will have regard to the level of customisation and personalisation and also reserve the right to offer a store credit rather than a monetary refund. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note, that personalised and/or customised products may have a long lead time before shipping, but payment will be taken at the time of or shortly after you submit your order and in advance of shipping.
