Better for the planet

Our business model is one of the things that sets us apart from other luxury brands.  Responsible and sustainable businesses have this built into their dna from day one.  It permeates our business in a way that other businesses cannot transform into, no matter how many sustainable fabrics they use or how many solar panels they use in their head office.

We intentionally don't launch new ranges every season, we have small batch production so we do not over produce and then encourage over consumption with deep discounts and sales.  Sustainability is not just about using an eco-friendly or recycled fabric, it is about an entire business model.

Sustainability is not just about using an eco-friendly or recycled fabric, it is about an entire business model

We create timeless designs so they will not be out of fashion next season ensuring we do not need to burn or landfill end of season clothes that do not sell through.  Unfortunately, this is the ugly side of luxury fashion that led us to create Wild Saint London, so shoppers have the option of luxury fabric and craftsmanship with Responsible business model.

We recognise that even with good business and design practices no fashion item is without impact so we make a contribution for every items we sell to our charity partners Project Seagrass.  They are a marine conservation charity and they play a vital role in turning cutting edge research into effective conservation action and education schemes for marine biodiversity and climate change.

We encourage you to find out more about their work on their website which can do it more justice than we can on this page, and remember you can make a direct contribution to Project Seagrass without buying a product from us, visit them at www.projectseagrass.org
